Topics include recognizing behaviors that may create consumer risk, understanding fiduciary duties and agency disclosure requirements, and applying effective communication and conflict-resolution techniques throughout a transaction. The course also addresses how to manage situations where client demands may conflict with legal or ethical obligations, helping licensees protect both their clients and their own professional standing.
