This course explores how real estate professionals can ethically and lawfully manage challenging client behaviors while protecting consumers, reducing risk, and maintaining compliance with New York State agency law. Participants will gain practical strategies for navigating difficult conversations, setting appropriate expectations, and balancing strong client advocacy with professional and ethical responsibilities.

Topics include recognizing behaviors that may create consumer risk, understanding fiduciary duties and agency disclosure requirements, and applying effective communication and conflict-resolution techniques throughout a transaction. The course also addresses how to manage situations where client demands may conflict with legal or ethical obligations, helping licensees protect both their clients and their own professional standing.

Designed for real estate professionals at all experience levels, this session emphasizes real-world scenarios, compliance best practices, and actionable tools to support ethical, confident client management.
