This practical course walks newer agents through the steps involved in representing sellers and landlords, from preparing a listing presentation to organizing paperwork, explaining disclosures, and keeping listing information accurate.

Participants will explore how to use a Comparative Market Analysis to support pricing recommendations, explain listing agreements, and establish clear expectations with clients. The class also reviews agency and property condition disclosures, lead-based paint disclosures, safety-related notices, and MLS status reporting.

Along the way, agents will discuss mentorship, training, business planning, and ways to build referral relationships. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of the listing workflow and how an organized, complete file helps protect consumers and prevent unnecessary delays.
