Every REALTOR® will face moments in their career where the “right” decision isn’t always clear. This course will walk through common ethical dilemmas that arise in real estate practice and provide guidance on how to approach them. Participants will examine both the New York Department of State requirements and the NAR Code of Ethics, exploring how each applies to everyday business situations.

Through discussion and real-world examples, attendees will strengthen their ability to recognize ethical issues, make informed choices, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism in their real estate careers.
