Post-pandemic real estate set expectations for sellers of fast sales, multiple offers, and double-digit price increases. When markets shift, days on market increase, showings slow, and seller expectations change. In this course, we will discuss the importance of educating sellers about market realities and reviewing the agent tools available. Tips and tricks include updating CMA’s, agent feedback, market statistics, and neighborhood reports. Additionally, we will discuss the importance of communication and best practices to add value to the seller experience.
