Utilizing your sphere of influence or being the neighborhood expert in a target area can educate homeowners in their decision to become sellers. In this class, you will learn how to service the sphere you currently have, and add to it with a geographic or feature based target area.
Create a winning listing presentation using modern marketing approaches. In this course will you will learn to: 1) research the property, neighborhood and local markets, 2) earn seller buy-in from the onset, 3) validate the property’s basic facts, select comps, and adjust those comps to create a customized and flexible comp analysis and 4) generate a customized, client-friendly Seller’s Report.
