To assist in their decisions, purchasers and owners of investment property often seek advice from

licensees. By increasing their knowledge of investment concepts, terminology, financing techniques, tax

implications and valuation methods, the licensee is more capable to analyze, advise and advocate for

their clients in the acquisition, operation and disposition of real estate investment property. The

licensee will learn where to collect property data, how to calculate property performance and

communicate their conclusions with investor clients.
