The purpose of this course is to educate the student on the law; and their Fiduciary obligations to their Client; and their responsibility to customers.

This will be accomplished through knowing Agency Law.  In addition to the law, there are Ethical obligations to which REALTORs Ascribe, the REALTORS CODE OF ETHICS.

Students will review Code of Ethics case studies in which charges had been alleged against a Realtor. Discussion will follow regarding their actions and culpability, thus learning more of the Law of Agency and Ethics.   Fulfills the new DOS Agency requirement for license renewal.

CLASS NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee
