We will discuss Disparate Impact on marginalized communities.
We will discuss educating the homeowners who will not and are not willing to accept other SOI to rent their properties. The perceptions, stereotypes, and negative observations of people who are using SOI to rent their property.
We will also discuss our roles as real estate agents and how best to advocate for the person who is using another SOI if that person feels they have been discriminated against by a homeowner.
