What’s the difference between service animals, assistance animals, emotional support

animals and therapy dogs? There are laws protecting people with disabilities when it comes to housing. There are laws for service animals in public places. It’s important to understand the laws as it pertains to this protected class so you can help the consumer, educate landlords and sellers and protect yourself against violating fair housing laws.

CLASS NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee

Most classes sell out, not showing up without notifying DCAR means that someone missed out on a class they could have taken. Cancellations can be made easily on dcar.com, by emailing staff@dcar.com or texting/calling 845-471-2811.
