In this 3-hour program the participants will understand the importance of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS. They will also review the identify the difference between mediation and arbitration and how it applies to their real estate practice. Finally. they will identify the stages of moral reasoning, the difference between moral temptations and ethical dilemmas, and apply appropriate models of ethical decision making.
