🌍🍽️ Join us for DCAR’s Flavor of Diversity—and this year, we’re turning it up! We’re amplifying the flavor with a new menu, more taste, and an even better experience while continuing to bring together education, conversation, and community.

This year’s event will feature a brand-new course taught by Katheryn DeClerck:

📚 “Shouldn’t I Just Treat People the Way I Want to Be Treated? Understanding Cultural Competence in Real Estate”

Attendees will earn 2 hours of Cultural Competency CE while exploring how culture influences real estate. This lively, interactive course will examine cultural norms, preferences and challenges; the connection between cultural norms and implicit bias; and how devaluation and discrimination can affect real estate experiences.

Participants will also learn practical ways to navigate cross-cultural interactions, better understand the communities they serve, and incorporate cultural competence into their everyday business practices.
