This course helps real estate professionals develop a greater understanding of cultural differences and how they may influence communication, expectations, and interactions throughout a real estate transaction.

Participants will explore cultural awareness, common assumptions and biases, effective communication strategies, and ways to work respectfully and professionally with clients and customers from diverse backgrounds.
