All you need to know about the Code of Ethics. Satisfies your Code of Ethics Requirement for the ethics cycle ending December 31, 2021. All REALTORS must take this class with DCAR, NYSAR or NAR between January 1, 2019 December 31, 2021.

CLASS NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee

Most classes sell out, not showing up without notifying DCAR means that someone missed out on a class they could have taken. Cancellations can be made easily on dcar.com, by emailing staff@dcar.com or texting/calling 845-471-2811.
