The Dutchess County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors meets monthly to conduct the official business of the association and provide governance, oversight, and strategic direction in support of DCAR’s mission and vision.

Board meetings include the review and approval of association business, financial and officer reports, committee updates, membership approvals, and discussions related to education, advocacy, professional standards, community outreach, and member programs. Meetings are conducted in accordance with established governance procedures and include required acknowledgements related to antitrust compliance, conflicts of interest, and confidentiality.

DCAR is committed to transparency and thoughtful decision-making. Members of the association and invited guests may request to address the Board, subject to advance approval. To ensure meetings remain productive and respectful of the Board’s fiduciary responsibilities, an appointment is required in advance for anyone wishing to speak or present during a Board of Directors meeting.

Meeting dates, formats (in-person or virtual), and agendas are provided in advance. Questions regarding attendance or requests to address the Board should be directed to DCAR staff prior to the scheduled meeting.
