Encourage real estate agents and members to think about their behaviors and how they affect their real estate business and people around them, the consumer, and their colleagues.

How bias impacts the real estate transaction at all levels whether it is in sales, leasing, renters, buyers, landlords, sellers. Bias is an unwelcome aspect of our real estate business.

Understanding that Implicit and Explicit biases are unwelcome in our real estate industry and how we should as real estate agents work at understanding and trying to work hard at eliminating bias from our real estate business.

What are we as real estate agents doing to combat bias in our business towards the consumer, our fellow real estate agents, and our colleagues and support staff in our real estate industry?

Encourage awareness and the process of thought to allow us to adjust our behaviors and recognize the need to be in tune with others which allows for better interactions and get to a defined goal.

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee
