Learn about advertising, safety, Code of Ethics, what it means to be a REALTOR, your roles responsibilities as well as the benefits of being a part of our association. Fulfills the NAR mandatory Code of Ethics and is required to obtain full REALTOR status. New Member Orientation must be completed within 120 days of membership application. Also satisfies your ethics requirement for the 2019 – 2021 cycle.

CLASS NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee

Most classes sell out, not showing up without notifying DCAR means that someone missed out on a class they could have taken. Cancellations can be made easily on dcar.com, by emailing staff@dcar.com or texting/calling 845-471-2811.
