In a hot market with multiple offers in a matter of hours or days it’s important to remember your fiduciary duties to clients. How do you advise clients and customers? What about dual agency situations where your buyer is one of the offers on your listing? What if your seller’s requests go against the Code of Ethics? Keeping it all organized and focusing on the “right” thing to do is what matters. In this course we will review your responsibilities and how to handle these situations and how to do what is best for your client.

NO SHOW Policy: If you do not show up for a class you have registered for, the following no show policy will apply:

First No Show: Email Warning

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee

Most classes sell out, not showing up without notifying DCAR means that someone missed out on a class they could have taken. Cancellations can be made easily on dcar.com, by emailing staff@dcar.com or texting/calling 845-471-2811.
