A review of the Law of Agency and how it affects licensees’ business. Introduce Article 12A of the Real Property Law that requires the agent explain agency relationships to prospective buyers and sellers at the time of first substantive contact---that would be when you start discussing motivation, value, affordability, or potential of making an offer.

Second No Show: $25 No Show Fee

Third No Show and all subsequent through 2021: $50 No Show Fee
