estate that is available for sale. It promotes the exchange of real estate between

sellers/landlords and buyers/tenants by providing data of these listings to agents and

consumers. Managing this tremendous data is important. In this advanced level course we will

review the tools that will take your customer service to the next level.

Topics include advanced searching through mapping and remarks, customizing grids, utilizing

cars, hit counters and reverse prospecting, Realist neighbors reports, speedbar, short CMA,

market watch and hot sheets.
