This course provides real estate professionals with the knowledge and confidence to discuss radon with buyers and sellers. You'll learn what radon is, how people are exposed, and the health risks associated with it—including its link to cancer. The class also covers how radon mitigation systems work and what to expect during installation. By the end, agents will be better equipped to address concerns and help prevent radon from jeopardizing a real estate transaction.
