The course also highlights the critical role of the site manager, covering key skills such as marketing, leasing, resident relations, employee supervision, budgeting, and maintenance oversight.

By the end of this session, attendees will gain practical insights into effective office management and understand the qualifications needed for successful rental housing management. This foundation will equip REALTORS® with the knowledge to better serve clients, manage investment properties, and strengthen their professional expertise in property management
