This 2-hour Legal Matters course will provide New York licensed brokers, managers, and agents with the latest legal information affecting real estate practice. Topics will include recent laws, rules, regulations, court decisions, DOS guidance, and other issues critical to staying compliant in today’s evolving real estate environment.

Including the DOS publication on the use of AI in real estate and guidance regarding licensees recommending non-attorney closing companies.
